We are a small scale purely grass-fed beef farm. Our herd is a cross of British white and black angus. When our beef is available again, August 2013, we will primarily be selling individual cuts from a retail location tba. A very few quarters or halves will be available in the fall of 2013. Customer feedback from our first 4 years has been positive and enthusiastic.
